1. Acceptance and business use
By accessing ZedDash, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable agreement between your organization and the service provider. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
2. Accounts and administration
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Workspace administrators control users, roles, permissions, enabled modules, integrations and organizational data. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure of the service.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service unlawfully or infringe another person's rights.
- Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt service availability.
- Bypass permissions, security controls, usage limits or tenant boundaries.
- Use the service to distribute spam, deceptive content or prohibited material.
- Reverse engineer or copy protected portions except where applicable law permits it.
4. Your content
Your organization retains its rights in content submitted to the workspace. You grant the service provider the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit personal information, files and other content.
5. Connected services
Optional integrations, including Google Calendar, are governed by the third party's own terms and privacy practices. You authorize ZedDash to exchange the information necessary to perform the integration you request. You can disconnect an integration at any time, but previously synchronized information may remain in the third-party service until you remove it there.
6. Subscription, availability and changes
Access may depend on the selected plan, seat limits, enabled modules, payment status and trial terms shown to your organization. We may update features, security controls and technical requirements. Planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. Specific service levels apply only when stated in a separate written agreement.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use or when required by law. Upon termination, access ends and information will be handled according to the applicable agreement, retention requirements and our Privacy Policy. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
8. Intellectual property
The service, software, interface and related materials are owned by the service provider or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service during an active subscription, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss except where such exclusion is prohibited. Any additional warranties, liability limits or indemnities are governed by the applicable customer agreement and law.
10. Changes, contact and privacy
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate business contact. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@zedcapital.com. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
