Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the ZedDash website, workspace and related services. Your organization controls the business information entered into its workspace and may have additional privacy obligations or internal policies. We process that information to operate the service for your organization.

Depending on the features you use, we may process:

• Account information such as your name, username, work email, role and organization.
• CRM and collaboration content such as leads, contacts, tasks, projects, meetings, messages, files and activity records.
• Technical and security information such as IP address, browser, device, authentication events, audit logs and error diagnostics.
• Configuration and integration information supplied by workspace administrators.

Google Calendar connection is optional and must be authorized separately by each user. When connected, we receive the Google account identifier and email address, OAuth access and refresh tokens, granted scopes, and identifiers for calendar events synchronized with the workspace. We send event titles, descriptions, locations, dates and times to the user's selected Google Calendar when synchronization is requested.

We use Google Calendar information only to connect the account, create, update or delete synchronized events, display connection status and maintain the requested synchronization. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can review that policy on the Google Developers website.

• Provide, maintain and secure the workspace and its enabled modules.
• Authenticate users and enforce roles, permissions and record-level access.
• Deliver requested collaboration, notification, calendar and integration features.
• Investigate errors, prevent misuse, maintain auditability and improve reliability.
• Meet contractual and legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

Information may be visible to authorized users and administrators in your organization according to configured permissions. We may also use infrastructure, email, storage, security and integration providers that process information solely to provide their contracted services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, permission checks, audit records and protection of integration credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information is retained while the workspace account or feature remains active and as necessary for backups, security, legal compliance and legitimate business records. Retention may also be controlled by your organization.

You may update available profile information and ask your workspace administrator to access, correct, export or delete information, subject to contractual and legal retention requirements. Google Calendar can be disconnected inside ZedDash. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions. After disconnection, we stop making new Google Calendar requests and remove stored connection credentials in accordance with the workspace deletion process.

Information may be processed where the workspace provider and its service providers operate, with safeguards appropriate to the applicable agreement and law. The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate business contact.
